How KumaDrop handles account details, gameplay preferences, device data, and support messages.
Last updated: June 17, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how KumaDrop collects, uses, stores, and protects information related to our entertainment-only social casino, account registration, Google sign-in, virtual coin balances, and daily rewards.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including display name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, support messages, and account preferences. We also generate or store gameplay-related information such as Kuma Coins balance, welcome bonus status, daily reward claim dates, VIP progress, XP, game access state, and basic modal or lobby interactions.
When you use Google sign-in, Google may share limited account information with KumaDrop, such as your email address, profile name, and authentication identifier. Google controls its own independent processing under its own privacy policy.
Supabase Authentication
KumaDrop uses Supabase to provide account registration, login, session handling, password authentication, and Google OAuth. Supabase may process authentication identifiers, session tokens, email addresses, metadata such as display name, device or browser information, IP-derived security signals, and technical logs needed to protect accounts and operate authentication.
How We Use Information
- To create and authenticate accounts, including email/password login and Google sign-in.
- To grant the one-time 100,000 GC welcome bonus after registration.
- To track the optional 10,000 GC daily reward and prevent duplicate same-day claims.
- To save virtual coin balances, VIP progress, game unlock state, and responsible play preferences.
- To detect misuse, fraud, bugs, automated activity, and security issues.
- To improve layout, performance, content, and customer support.
- To comply with legal, safety, and responsible social play obligations.
Cookies And Local Storage
KumaDrop may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to remember login sessions, Supabase authentication state, virtual coin balances, daily bonus status, game preferences, and account display details. Clearing browser storage may reset local demo progress or require you to log in again. Some features, including saved coin balances and daily reward tracking, may not work correctly without storage.
Virtual Coins And Rewards Data
Kuma Coins and Gold Coins are virtual entertainment credits only. We may store balance changes, bonus claims, game results, and reward availability so the site can show accurate lobby and slot balances. These records do not represent cash, monetary value, winnings, withdrawals, redemptions, or prizes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, email delivery, and compliance functions. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or during a business transfer.
Security

Authentication is handled through Supabase, and Google login is handled through Google OAuth. No website can guarantee perfect security, so use a strong password, keep credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention
We keep account and gameplay information for as long as needed to provide the site, maintain account continuity, protect security, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the experience. Local browser data may remain until you clear it or use another browser/device.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information where applicable. You may also log out, stop using the site, clear browser storage, disconnect Google access through your Google account settings, or unsubscribe from optional messages. Some requests may be limited where we need to retain information for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Responsible Social Play
We may use account and gameplay signals to support responsible social play, enforce age or location restrictions, prevent automated abuse, and remind players that KumaDrop is entertainment only. If play stops feeling fun, take a break and use personal limits.
International Visitors
Your information may be processed in countries different from where you live, depending on our hosting, authentication, and service providers. By using KumaDrop, you understand that information may be transferred and processed as needed to operate the service.
Children
KumaDrop is intended for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, authentication options, rewards, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
